Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and leading a motivated team to achieve targets. This role requires a passionate leader who can build relationships with key stakeholders while fostering a customer-centric sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to make long-lasting relationships with clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Conduct training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among team members.
Qualifications:
- Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
- Prefer who have similar experience in the eCommerce or grocery industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize and implement innovative sales techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
